Zoo Lights!!

Hi! Last night Mommy and Daddy took me to the Phoenix Zoo to go see “Zoo Lights”. Every year the Phoenix Zoo decorates all the trees and has really cool lights that look like animals. I had so much fun! It was really cold so Mommy and Daddy bundled me up. I really liked the lights, but was mostly interested in riding the carousel. Then I just wanted to go home, but we went and looked at more lights and then I got to go home. I am having so much fun this Christmas. My favorite thing is going to look at Christmas lights! I already saw Santa once, but I think we are going to see him again at the Mall. At least that is what Mommy and Daddy told me. I have lots of parties coming up this weekend and next week I am going with Mommy, Daddy and Granny Annie to the North Pole on the Polar Express. That should be fun!! I will tell you all about soon! 3 Year Wellness Check up

Hi everyone! Abby had her 3 year wellness checkup yesterday. All went really good. The Dr. is always amazed at how healthy Abby has been over the past 3 years. Just the flu, colds and a few ear infections, but nothing ever too serious! Abby is now 36 lbs and 40 ½ Inches tall. She is 90% in weight and 97% in height! Abby has been getting really dry skin over the last year or so. Dr. says it is just a combination of living in the dry Arizona weather, being a red head and maybe a little bit of Eczema. Nothing to worry about so the Dr. recommended we change to Cetaphil body wash and cream. She also is having us change her daily multivitamin to one that includes Omega-3. I guess that is better for the skin. Can’t wait to see if this stuff clears up her dry skin. Just hope we can actually get the cream on her without a fight. She also got her last HIB shot and her N1H1 nasal booster so now she is done with shots for the winter and until she is 4 years old! Usually she is really good with getting her shots, but this time Daddy had to hold her down to get it. I hate when we have to do that. But afterwards she got a sparkly band aid which somehow just makes the world right again!!

HALLOWEEN

Hi!! I had so much fun on Halloween! I was Snow White this year! I picked out the costume about 2 months ago. I wore it so much that Mommy had to repair it several times just so it would make it to Halloween. The day before Halloween, my school had a party and Mommy came and carved a pumpkin with me. I got to dress up and go Trick or Treating in all the class rooms. On Halloween afternoon we all went over to Desert Ridge Market Place. All the shops there were doing Trick or Treating and Radio Disney was there doing all sorts of fun stuff. I Trick or Treated in all the shops and then went home for my nap. I didn’t really make it home though before I fell asleep. Mommy and Daddy had to wake me up because I was falling asleep mid candy eating and I had a Tootsie Roll in my mouth. I guess choking is a bad thing! Silly me!

That night I got all dressed up again. Nana and Papa Dennis came over to go trick or treating with me. First we all went to the Fall Festival at the church around the corner from our house. I played carnival games there for a little bit. There were a lot of people there. Then we left and went Trick or Treating. I was still a little timid about the whole thing though. This year I said “Trick or Treat” much louder so they could hear me! After about 20-25 houses I got tired and decided I wanted to go home. I got to eat candy and stay up late! I haven’t really had too much candy since Halloween, but somehow my candy pile is getting less and less. Wonder where it is going?? Maybe it is the candy eating Ghosts!

My 3rd Birthday!!!!

I am 3 years old today!! Hooray Me!! I just had a great weekend of Birthday celebrations! On Friday night I went over to my Nana’s house and got to see my Papa Dennis, Uncle Gregg and Aunt Lisa. I opened birthday presents and ate Princess cake! I got a Leapfrog computer and a Dora backback!!

Then on Sunday I had my birthday party!! It was at The Little Gym! It was so much fun! Mommy was excited because all you had to do was bring the cake and they did everything else for you. I was really excited that my friends Avery, Jordyn, Jaysen, Evan and Roman all came from Daycare! Most of my cousins came to play with me too!! I especially had fun playing with my cousin Liv! We all played with the parachute and jumped on the inflatable bouncer and played hide and seek. Of course we got to play on all the other gym equipment too! After playing for an hour we had snacks and cake! My cake was a Cinderella cake. Everyone sang happy birthday to me! We didn’t get to open presents there so my Mommy and Daddy brought them home.

After my nap we ordered pizza for dinner and my family came over to watch me open presents. I am getting really good at opening presents! I got lots of Barbie Dolls, Disney Princess stuff, Dora the Explorer stuff, dress up clothes and games! It was sooooo much fun!!

Tonight for my actual Birthday my Mommy and Daddy are taking me to Chuck E. Cheese to play games! I like going there!

I am such a lucky girl to be loved by so many people!!

Almost 3!!
